Noctis:This is why I hate going for ODSTs as Cutter.  Even if it's only a Tech 3 upgrade, you have to spend 7-8 minutes doing absolutely nothing to get it, and you're left with no army once you do.

except that nobody just sits and techs to ODST...

also, it only would take 6 min
