Warehouse, Warehouse, Temple, Warehouse, Factory. Don't even bother upgrading your base until later. First, have your prophet get a hook reactor, get an EHG to go in it. Then, out of your Factory, make Locusts. Once you have 3-4, Send your PoR and Locusts you've made so far through the teleporter behind your main base, and attack. Teleport more Locusts in as you make them. You may even want to throw in a few EHG for good measure. And don't forget to upgrade your PoR and Locusts, if you get the chance. Even though I don't really play alot as the PoR, doing this with my BC almost always gets me a victory.
