This is how you do it, requires at least 2 people:

Both people get plasma pistols, the one jacking the wraith needs a carbine as well.  The secondary person keeps shooting charged Plasma Pistols at the Wraith (to keep it disfunctional) after killing the gunner.  While hte Wraith is not moving (due to the plasma pistol shots) the other person jumps on top of hte wraith and crouches, punching the hood over hte driver. DO NOT BOARD IT HOWEVER.

Once the hook is gone, shoot a charged plasma pistol at the driver to get rid of his armor.  Now, this is the important part.  You crouch over him (again, wraith still de-activated) and get in a position (takes some time) to where you can hold down the right bumper, but NOT board him.  You do that, and while holding down the bumper (still not boarding him in this spot) you shoot the driver in the head, and you instantly get in.

this sounds totally do able, might take some practice. I know that when we play firefight, the second we kill the wraith they bring in another. so im soo going to do this. thanks bro Peace out.....
