What's bounty mean? and is there a chart to see how much veterancy points get for each type of unit you kill?  If my banshee needs 40 X to get a star, then how much is he getting when he takes down a tank, or marine, or a wolverine somehow..  o_O

Bounty is how much XP a banshee is worth when killed, attackers split the bounty based on how much damage they did to the target.

Note: Only attackers attacking the target when it dies can claim bounty, and then only bounty for the percent of the unit damaged.
