This could also be the Matchmaking for Firefight. I read on Halowiki that if Firefight came with matchmaking out of the box, it would have pushed back the release date another 6 months. Since Bungie has been done with the game for a while, they could have been working on that to release in a patch. This is all speculation, but I really want to be able to search for teammates like in Nazi Zombies and Horde.
