really......lets recap. Forge faces off vs the arbiter twice. The BIGGEST most badass elite you will ever see. Forge gets cut with the sword once and lives. Then during the end fight the Arbiter punches him square in the gut. Forge still manages to kill him.

So forge is a tough S.O.B. he can probably take on a spartan.
