I think that the grizzly has 1/3 reduced damage per shot compaired with the scorpion so it needs to hit most of the shots fired in other words GET IN CLOSE! as for the scorpion it gets 1 1/2 damage increase through upgrade's so if it misses it dosnt matter to much so it can be used from father ranges more efficently.
