To Spartan032: Like was said, Kelly is unavailable. So she can't take part in any of the battles where there's ONLY 5 Spartan IIs present. But that's all moot, as the story takes place BEFORE Halo 1 -  when they were 33 Spartans IIs. In the 27 years before the events of Halo 1. The armor looks to be a Mark IV, not III, the immediate precursor to the Mark V seen in Halo 1 and the VI seen in Halo 2.
