Apparently, you didn't read what I said fully.

 That's what a rush is people use rushes to get an easy win, but, originally, rushing was ment to be harrassment. It was made for the art of harrassing, to put your opponent into a tight squeeze, while you expand and get the units you need.

In response to your post....

In a rush you need to put "all" your resources and units for a quick win.

For harassing you just make some units cripple your enemy in order to get ahead of him in tech/supplies/etc. not for the quick win.
