do the covenant control the whole galaxy? i read on halopedia that the covenant control an arm of the galaxy or something.....havnt read books as u probably know. so with that said if thats all they control could there be a wild card civilization? even if they are spread throughout the entire milky way its a big place so could there be others? remnants of covie enemys? back on topic flood vs covies covies would win if they follow "protocol" and contained the parasite.....but they didnt so the flood will win.
