How about.

Make the Cyclops not get affected by the Gremlins anti vehicle beam, and also give the Cyclops a shoulder mounted anti air missile launcher, or a Cryo Gun for use against air vehicles, then that will even up the fight between forge and anders AND make the cyclops a non pointless unit.
