1 Locust doesnt beat 1 hog. The Loust cant hit the hog if its microed.

So what?  1 Gunner Hog can beat 1 Grizzly with micro, since it can stay out of the turrets range indefinitely.  However, in a large scale battle, it becomes much harder to micro away from attacks.

So yes, 1 Hog would beat 1 Locust.  However, lets say you had 10 Locusts clogging up an pathway with Elite Honor Guards acting as spotters.  If the Hogs charge the formation, they will get hit before they can even get in range, and they won't be able to micro out at all.

As usual Wodan you raise good points. What you have said can only happen in pretty rare occasions. We are talking from a general stand point and that is that Gauss hogs will beat Locusts.

There really is no room for debate on this matter...
