How exactly is it hard to beat the arbiter with brute chieftain?
I usualy just make a few jackals and maybe 4 brutes and that usualy doe's the trick against the arbiter.
People complaining about the arbiter are only doing so as they cannot face the truth of that they do not know how to counter.
It is not robot's job to pamper and edit halowars just to give its players a easy way out of exploring the options already set out in the game.
The only issue i ever get against the arbiter is when someone is crafty and buillds a popcap of suicide grunts and sends them to my main base.
