    The disruption bomb is fine as is, you just need to learn when good times are to use it, only use it when you think it will turn the tides of a fight in your favor, such as an arby raging your allies jackles or a prophet dropping units at your base, or even drop it with your air units while you attack an anders. It's fine as it, the size is large enough to shield any army you can mass and you can body block or stasis a leader in it so they can't escape. Also, on a related note, did you know disruptor bomb cancels an active heal, though admitidly you can simply hit the unit/structure to stop it from working but still, pretty handy. Over all the diruptor is fine as is, and only should be used in key situations, not spammed every time you see an enemy leader, that's just silly.
