Robot,why are cyclops anti-infatry?(did i spell it right???)

A army of them could beat 20-30 ODSTs.(if non is dropped-_-)

THEY WILL KILL 15-20 ODSTs then start healing each other.(no mac blast!)

So Robot,why are Cyclops are anti infatry?(and anti-heavy armor)
