To be quite honest, Spartans and leaders are 0 population.  So I think they are EXTREMELY overpowered based on YOUR argument.

 

Try using a better way to explain your side. 

First of all, I'm not presenting an argument, I'm asking (politely mind you) for someone to explain to me why it would not be at least part of a solution? If it is comparatively as much or more effective than say a cobra for example, then why should it not have the same pop cap if not cost as much as well? It's a question.
