KowboyBill:One arbiter is a unit massacre machine, two is an army slayer.  I play as covy alot now and jackals with defensive gauntlet take him down in two or three shots(jackal army) but i've noticed mixing in hunters with them helps out.  The hunters act as tanks to take damage from his massive dpsing allowing the jackals to do their job since they are general weaker on HP themselves.  Once they're two starred though theres no getting rid of them they know what they're doing.

The whole "boohoo arby took my fleet of hogs out poor me" appales me.
The arbiter is one of the few counters to the whole warthog rush and it costs the player who is rushing alot more than i costs those whos warthogs are being wiped off the map.
