i only choose my leader if i have lost a couple games and really need to win to keep my rank. like last night i got matched up in 3v3 standard against whiteirish twice, he always got colonels i always got majors =\ lol it sucked. long hard games though. then i was pissed at going down a whole trueskill point so i played a game with my friend, the ARBITER ;)
