champ5:Everytime someone say the Arbiter is OP, I ask myself why don't they just use the Arbiter if they cannot beat him. I then think maybe they love the UNSC, or they favor another leader so much that they want to have a record that shows that they play mostly as UNSC or what ever. I think the only stat that matters is your win/lose count and I would do anything to keep a good win/lose count, and even if it means using the Arbiter more often, and I used to hate him.

I find the Arbiter fun to use, it's fun taking down full armies of Hogs or Banshees. And he's also really easy to kill when you know what you're doing.

Everyone who hate the Arbiter should honestly use him more often, because then you learn how to take him down easier from using his powers.
