War is Chronic:What?  Are you honestly saying that you don't think its hard make a map.  Read the developers blogs, or the information on the skirmish maps.  It isn't easy!  If you knew half the problems they ran into you would know better.  True, Strategic options may have been too expensive, but making new maps is no laughing matter.

Paying for maps is ridiculous.

It may be ridiculous, but that wasn't what I meant to say.  I just didn't like him making light of Robots efforts.
