Guass did get a 1/4 damage, you just don't understand math that well.

When upgrading to Guass, warthogs get a 100% bonus to damage, they're reducing that to 50%.

100% + 100% = 200 %

100% + 50% = 150%

200% - 150% = 50%

50% is 1/4 of 200%

They're taking away 50% of the bonus to damage, not 50% of damage.

 

They do need to nerf building damage though.
