Yes that is true and for another note guass hogs don't beat 4 mins 10 secound cantister shell tanks.  heck most of the time when i see a tank i avoid them and attack the buildings making the tanks.  Guass isn't a problem anymore. just a problem for less skilled people who can't make a counter
