I see you're new to this and all, but no.

Couple of problems...

1)Grunts are too small to even hold a shotgun, nevermind fire it.

2)Why would a grunt be happy with killing another grunt?

3) Helmet and armor ideas are just terrible.

4) ODSTs kill Grunts anyday so they can't be killed by them :)
