the 'skin condition' that he had wouldn't turn your skin white in that way, it makes your skin go all blotchey, more blotches the older you are- mast people who have this disease don't ever turn completely white but those that do are much older than 50...
MJ's skin went white all in one go, though it did do it gradualy... i believe that it was surgery
