9. Tech 4 wolverines   (Way too strong, even a gauss army doesn't stand a chance)

Tech 3 ghosts absolutely wreck Tech 4 wolverines But one scorpion > ghosts unless Boosted Ram does more damage than I think it does.

 

lol, a single tech 4 wolverine has the armor of like 20 ghosts. A couple fully upgraded wolverines will destroy a UNSC base in seconds with micro.  

wolves own ghosts but thye dont take down a base in seconds

Its true. They don't kill a base in secconds, but they do do the job of base killing *** well.
