zGrenade:The missiles may not look like they are hitting, but really they are, its screen lag. I have barraged the arbitor whilst he is in rage and although the missiles look like they are firing here there and everywhere like diarrhoea hitting the sides of your toilet they do actually hit.

I've stopped using Vultures since I first started, but I know that they can miss. So the Missile vs Arbiter is a special case- still, these can also happen. 

My 2c on this is: raise the hit rate only slightly because their barrage is OP in hit and run situations otherwise.
