I don't know how much pot you smoked, but ghosts never ever ever ever ever win vs warthogs on the same tech level, it doesn't matter what you do. Scout shield = destroyed vs gauss. 

Also, you need to read the patch thread again because gauss nerf is for heavy armor only. *psst, ghosts are med armor...

If you're refering to the increased build time, then I'm sure they'll test it until they realize that adding more than 3 seconds will hurt the warthog more than it helps balance the game. They are still working with the numbers, you can untie your panties.

The build time for the warthogs.  Ghosts still kill gauss to begin with.  With the build time, they will not get as much, even with reserves.

a n0ob using ghost would beat a n0ob playing as gauss hog spam with Anders, but a pro, i don't think so, hogs are way too good against their counters with micros. Choppers beat hogs with their good ram, but very poor x attacks,  ghost has very good shooting attack, but very poor ram.  And hogs have very good both, but ram isn't amazing
