I'm sick of hearing about this.  Cutter doesn't need buffed, the gauss spam needs nerfed.  WTF are you talking about ODST need to be stronger against air?  That's just a bad idea.

 

I think I remember versing you earlier in a 2v2 and my partner was cutter.  Yeah, we played you guys twice in a row . . .I find it hard to believe you think cutter needs buffing after THAT.

Just because Im beaten by Cutter, doesent mean I spite cutter and think hes overpowered. If you are a like that they you are a fine gentleman. I think I is a tad underpowered. And you dont have to be rude about it. You beat me fair and square, but dont need to be rude about it.
