yeah, they definatly should limate it to three squads if it has the MC in it (red, blue and green squads). Or maby just one, and the other two fighting elsewhere on the planet (maby this could work into the campain and you swich between 3 armies, each having one squad maby?)

I don't think it's going to be the Spartans that we know. If the MC is controllable in the game then he can't die (because he is alive for the events of Halo), so he'd be an unstoppable killing machine. Probably one of the other Spartan projects or a yet undeclared one.

 They could make it if he dies you lose in campain like in Age of Empires or any of those games there sometimes are people that cant die cause they have to do with the story and if they do you just lose :P
