DSDSquared:Why without the disruption bomb? When I am playing the Arbiter I always have a disruption bomb handy. The Arbiter becomes worthless then and you can take him out easily.

LOL maybe all his friends were covies, and he was brute chieftain and didn't even know about meeting the arbiter.
