Oh, yes, I failed to answer that last time: they would combine naturally (due to ambient energy like static electricity). This is the essence of combustion, oxygen combining with hydrogen to create water. Burning any hydrocarbons, like gasoline, actually creates water vapor. The bonding nature of free hydrogen is actually a growing concern because there is fear that hydrogen escaping from hydrogen cars would escape into the upper atmosphere where it would bond with the 0xygen 3( ozone) and harm the ozone layer.
