Kinda reminds me of a variant for the A30-SF "Dragonfly" submitted in the "GIA Halo 3 Weapon/Vehicle Design Contest" the "Dragonfly" won first place if I remember right, it's apparently the UNSC version of the Banshee. you can check it out above, it probably isn't but there's my crazy idea :) it is a ship though the more jagged look suggests UNSC make for sure, while in the transmission's "From" description says "UNSCSF", short for UNSC Spec Forces? if so it's gotta be an infantry vehicle wouldn't ya think?
