They will lock this thread if people start spamming or fighting in it. And Paragon only answers some questions and i have never found out why.

Patience is all that is required. And if you don't get answered, wait a while and just try again. Staying polite will give Paragon and/or Lethe more pleasure in answering our questions. Even if they are, sometimes, slightly off topic (donuts i.e. lol).
