Can marines be upgraded with specific weapons, such as rockets, sniper rifles, shotguns, BR's and so on. Plus are there going to be those pistol guys from the PoA from halo 1 in the campaign?

Plus are pelicans going to be used just for transport or are they going to have offensive capabilities too.
