NO!, I believe it has come a long way, the halo feel is far greater than it was at E308.

The way the warthog can jump, the sounds the marines make, the movements of vehicles and the story all look to be far superior.

The game looks amazing, the press that has played has loved it, they have absolutely loved from what they wrote in their blogs and previews. I am more excited about this game then I was before.
