i think that well, first off, RTS games require smarter players than you average fps, so id say a large portion of the  halohackers will stay on halo 3.

but if theres a ranking, there will be hackers, and in numbers, because like we had back in the beginning of halo 2, they just wanna have the "coolest" number with little to no effort. i was rank 29 and always thought it was the coolest number but you see so many kids trying to get to 50 ti gain some undeserved "respect"
