Boot To The Head::

Not all bipedal mechs are Japanese is right! Ever hear of MechWarrior? But it is an intresting Hypothesis that you pose. The Cyclop's legs also remind me, of sorry to say, the feet of a Gundam mech. 

Well, when you look at a Gundam's foot, it is much more like a female's shoe than the angular thin foot the cyclops seems to have, i could make a diagram, but i doubt i could find many pictures of a gundam's foot on google to disect XD
