Arbiter1000:I can understand the info but videos? I would wait a little before I release videos on units. Is this considered attacking a mod?
They were about three years into the game at the point there released that video. No matter how far away from completion the game is, after being in development for that long you will have a somewhat displayable build of the game that might be enough to show a small, scripted, very limited demonstration video. Does this mean the game is at the stage for a public demo? HELL NO!
On top of that, the game was announced 1 year before that video, and what information did we have the entire year? Well, we had a 30 second pre-rendered trailer and some concept art. We were beginning to get a bit impatient. Fair enough?
And no, that is not called attacking a mod, it's called being extremely *** stupid and annoying. Attacking a mod is more along the lines of,"ZOMG P4RAG0N U R SCH A N00B G0 DI 1N AH0L3!"
For any of you that were wondering, the demo will be released about a week or so before the game is. The game will have long since gone gold and we would know just about all the units and info about the game save the storyline. There would be coverage all over the place and there would be a countdown to the demo on the site. We would have known way in advance. Look at the current events and amount of info and media we have, then tell me how far away that day will be.
