Sigma Octanus IV,Town of Provo



      Sight of the begging of the great rebellion birth place of The New Order rebels.The USNC arrived shortly after being notified of a new rebellion this is one thing the UNSC did not want to have to deal with while in a war with the covenant. They expected to be able to deal with this rebellion shortly but they were short on marines because of the war.
      When the UNSC did arrive the rebels had dug them selfs in the ground of an old manufacturing plant known as Industrial Zone 74.The Industrial Zone was just north of a large river going just in front of it giving the rebels a large tactical advantage.As long as they held the bridge they held the key to this battle.
    The marines out numbered and out gunned the rebels but as long as they kept the bridge and hid in the old buildings they were safe as could be.


    Satellite Eridanus II,Sigma Octanus IV Orbit

    "Lieutenant Laden where is your squad we've got a mission for you and your boys."said Dave at command  "I'll go round 'em up for ya." Laden replied  Laden entered the gym and signaled for his squad to come to him. His squad consisted of himself,Fred the medic of the group,Nicole who excelled at sniping and Kurt the average Joe sorta guy.
    "Commands got a job for us, apparently theres some new rebellion on Sigma Octanus IV and due to the shortage of marines there having a hard time silencing this new rebellion.So they called us in to help.""Now there gonna drop us off in a jungle directly east of the zone there dug in at.Any questions?"No Sir." they all replied "Ok then suit up and meet near the HEV pods in 30."                                                                                                  
 When Laden and his squad of ODSTs were ready they entered their HEV pods."Jump feet first into hell" said Laden to his squad just before they were shot off to the jungle on Sigma.It was approximately 11:00 P.M. when they hit the surface.  THUD! When the pods hit the surface they made a very loud bang luckily the UNSC had been shooting  cannons to cover up the noise  so the rebels wouldn't hear them."Regroup on me."Ladens voice crackled over the radio. "Engage thermal vision and report to me if you see anything and that means anything."

 P.S. I am only 13 and am just coming out of 7th grade so i don't expect this to be good i just wanted to try my hand at this Fanfic thing cause all these other FFs sorta inspired me also please tell me if i should just stop writing i don't have high hopes or anything so please tell me.
