It is impossible for Sony to put up anything for download that Microsoft made/published/had-anything-to-do-with.  because it doesn't belong to Sony.  For them to be able to do that Microsoft would have to OK it first, and pigs will fly before Microsoft gives a competitor an something like that.  The only time that I can remember anything even remotely like that happening is that Nintendo has a funky version of AoE 2 for the DS.  (I heard that it sucked.)
