Zerg.  They have flying units (Guardians, Mutalisk, etc), the ability to warp across space without the need of humans, and tougher infantry.  Zerg Zerglings can tear units to shreds.  Ultralisks are massive and Hydralisks are ranged.  The only downside to the Zerg are their weakness to Psi Emitters.
