Let's assume you (humans) fell into a trap. You are in a small crescent shaped canyon with the entrance blocked off by 20 Brutes with Brute shots behind a row of 10 jackals. On ledges inside the canyon are 4 Jackal snipers and 6 Grunts with Fuel Rods. A swarm of Drones (approx. 20) is hovering right above your group of 2 snipers, 2 rockets, 3 Elites with swords, 6 MA5B wielders, and 2 Elites duel-wielding plasma rifles while three more have carbines.

Note: you can salvage weapons from the fallen(friend or foe) and each human has 4 frags, Elites with 2 plasma grenades.

Snipers target snipers, rockets target grunts, troops with guns fire at drones, carbines harrass jackals and brutes, move back in a defensive circle formation to the edge of the canyon.  Rockets target jackal group and snipers pick off any troops left.  Rush with swords first.
