Description:It was designed on Reach but after Harvest they were never used again until the smaller spartan laser was re engineered in Halo 3 time line it was used as a ground attack weapon from aircraft it launches from a standard missile pod and when fire it homes in on the target and in a split second it locks on and then charges and fires it was stronger than the new spartan laser because it was used in missiles and they exploded anyway but they did not bring it back because it was complicated to build and took large production factorys.If many were used at once a hole base could be leveled.
