I'm seeing this image under peoples usernames with a Spartan and a caption saying Halo Wars OG. What is it?

I just checked and I recieved the achievement on 5/30/2009.

 

I certainly earned the pic but since this site is going away soon I guess it doesn't really matter. Oh well.
