No umm I don't think you can get them anywhere else, but that amazes me they are still selling them.  It's nothing really that special, and I think they should be reserved for the people that deserve them...

 another thing, Can we start something for Update 5? there are still some glitches to definitely fix, maybe some more balancing out as well.
