Me and my friend have been getting all the skulls, and we're having trouble getting emperor, which is on lvl 15 for killing three scarabs. With all the Powers and odsts we have, actually killing the scarab isnt hard. Finding  three before the time runs out however, has proven difficult. We were playing on easy so the scarabs would be easier to kill. Would raising the difficulty make more spawn?

Vultures and mac blast, i found that they come at intervals throughout the level.

Three scarab's should come out on easy if you leave the covenant base alone.
