If I were to guess, I would say there is a DNS server somewhere between you and the download site that has not been updated yet and can not resolve the address. 

 

thats not the problem its the IE (explorer) use firefox and save target.....that work

I just found a funny thing, download the movie (halowars_demo thing) and pause it at exactly 9:25/10:03 the orbital bombardment has a topic witch is ''FOR CAMPAIGN TESTING ONLY'' xD :D :P
