Purpose: scouting ,ground based assault vehicle
Cost 150 supplies , 1st upgrade 200 + tech x1, 2nd ^ 400 + tech x2 ,3rd ^ 800 + tech x3
Primary attack:
no upgrade no attack
1st upgrade:added plasma turret to back of specter
2nd upgrade,grunt rides in passenger sit as a granadier with plasma granades
3rd upgrade: added booster provides extra speed (cant use weapon while boosters in use)
Secondary attack (Y ability):ramming ability
Overall discription:the specter is basically the warthogs rival, as seen in halo 2

Name:unsc sniper
Purpose:anti infantry unit
Cost: flamethrowers get upgraded to odst with sniper rifles (1800 + tech x3)
Primary attack:normal sniper shot
Secondary attack (Y ability):flash bang
Overall discription: captain cutter's anti infantry units (the flamethrowers) eventually get upgraded to ODST's with sniper rifles,all ODST active ability still working the same way (Hell jumpers) added icon to choose between anti infantry odst or main infantry odst's

Name:phantom
Purpose:replacing the covenants chep ability of spawning covenants among the leaders with a phantom
Cost:350 per flight (temple required or tech lvl x1)
Primary attack:None
Secondary attack (Y ability):emergency drop
Overall discription:phantome replaces the covenant leaders ability of spawning ppl among the leaders (not an upgrade,more like a patch or switch) the phantom is basically the covenant version of a pelican
