I think I play it too much like 2v2.

Although I get the 1v1 gameplay, I think at least.

Ya, I can see that a problem, but I adapted from 600 UA 3v3 games to 1v1 so its very possible, me and Agro still have one loss in 2v2.

    What's your guys' TS?

I have about 600 +/- of 2v2 and about 350 2v2 games. All Party teams.

Nt 1v1 is 36 but I feel I got lucky because I played a lot of bad people who happened to have a higher TS than me.

I dont know what my 2v2 team TS is, I'll check later but I know its not amazing.

36 TS in a nutshell is actually really good.

It's ok by my standards .

I feel if I want to be better, it has to at least be 40.

I know that I have to keep hooks, stop them from expanding, build counters micro, and I should win.

    When I do that I win, when I don't I lose.

I guess another reason why I don't like 1v1 is that, if I end up getting someone from the forums and lose, I'll look bad. :P

lol, I hate losing to people from the community too, but think of it this way, when I beat someone like Fj, I don't see him as looking bad, ect.

Pllus, I played like 150 pre reset, so after reset, I got a natural feel for the game facing top players, basically just practice, but give every game your best, or at least try.

I've already lost to a few, which makes me feel bad lol.

I don't know why but in 2v2 no matter who me and my partner face. I'm always confindent we can win. But in 1v1 I see someone who I know is good, and I expect to start out like Deathmatch, 15,000 supplies, fully upgraded everything. While I start out in Standard.

Just remember, in every game, everyone starts out with an equal chance at winning(except with certain factions vs certain factions on certain maps).

I feel confident in 2v2 but not nearly as much as 1v1, so I see what your saying. I just need to play more 2v2, which I'm doing.

    deathmatch lol, fun playlist.

full pop of gremlins doesnt mean you'll win.

Oh, wow, I know what your saying.

Deathmatch is so much different. So much Micro.

Ma and Soupy played the same people 3 times in a row. Double Prophets, on Crevice all 3 times.

We won all of them but, all those Wraiths. We were Cutter/Prophet, me being Cutter.

Each game was at least 30 minutes.

Double PoR fails unless 1 of the players goes for something other than wraiths, cause u need a balance.

This was probably like my 5th,6th, and 7th game in Deathmatch though.

I pretty much went Hornets/PT Tanks/ and some Wolves.

    orcle:random!

Yeah, man. I agree with this guy here. Have some fun with it; don't think about what you're going to do, just try and figure it out when the match starts. I went through different phases in my Halo Wars career: played as Cutter for a while, went Anders/Forge, then I tried covenant. Sure, I was 2nd overall for Cutter and Anders a couple times, but that's not what matters. Win/lose ratio? Who cares? Just have some fun with it. It's a video game. I'd rather lose a match where a) I had a perfect streak (0 losses) but b) had an amazing time hot-dropping covenant units behind a base w/ PoR (which I absolutely cannot get enough of lololol) than win a match against some super good players but stuck to strategies. Have fun ftw.

I only play 3v3 standard. Highest Overall ranking: 2nd.

    Re: 1v1

id go with either brute or prophet.

the reasoning by not picking up anders is tu4 is on the way so if your going to pick her up wait till after tu4 so you dont have to adapt your gameplay right after learning it.

Also, i am decent with anders but not as much as I am with Forge,

I am better with anders than cutter and covenant ... (im not interested in them, just play them for fun.)

I also want to get to top 100 leaderboards.

    Top 100 here I come >:D
