Would I be considered decent if I have a 1v.1 skill of 28 and won 5 of 5 games since the reset. Decent means Mid level not great.

that dosnt show anything either, you should play atlesat 100 games and see how well you do then, that's what I did with anders and I won 92 out of 100 games, 2 to arby 2 to forge and the rest where lag outs =(

I still play anders though and I tried playing some other leaders and I got alot better with them by playing anders, you can tie alot of things you do with anders with other leaders. I did good with forge and I suck with forge the most =D

well im a skill LEVEL 45 but im not TS past 40, it's beacuse only about 56 of those games were 1v1 and I lost 3 of my games in 1v1. I only let the search go for 15 seconds max then i reset and try again. I still only faced horriable people. I am undeafeated in 2v2 MM and 3v3 MM unless you count lag-outs

I could probably have an insane record too if I let the search get me 99% of the population, but I restart the search and lose my W/L ratio for a better TS.

I do restart the search, I just still get matched up with losers. It's not my fault, the game choses my battles not me, I just wish for once I would face somone good in MM and not in private matches where it dosnt even really count =/

5 games is nothing to tell because the TS variable for accuracy is extremely large. you will not get a good acurrate measurement until you have lost at least 20% of your games with at least 30 games. ts then can better pinpoint your actual skill compared to the others you played. a first 5 game streak means you played people around your ts and won, and only getting to ts 28 after that means none of them were extremely skill but not extremely bad either. i would say you are above average with that but you your skill could vary a lot because so little info is given.
